City of Oakland Submits Response to US Dept of Transportation's Smart City Challenge

Addressing Secretary Foxx, Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf ends her cover letter for the City’s response to the US Dept. of Transportation’s Smart City Challenge by writing that Oakland stands “ready to build the partnerships and policies to enable shared, connected and autonomous vehicles, and to harness the revolutions in data, communications and transportation technology.
